AC Maintenance Engineer - London (Mobile)

Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 + Company Van
Location: Mobile role, London based
Hours: 8am - 5pm

We are recruiting a Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm in London. This role requires maintaining a planned preventative maintenance schedule and responding to reactive maintenance across our client's site, as well as working on various mechanical plant equipment and systems, particularly A/C maintenance.

Our Maintenance Engineers are key to our business and our client relationships. You will need to not only be able to deliver the best maintenance and repair service, but also go above and beyond to ensure our client has the best experience and an excellent partnering relationship with our clients

The Key Duties of this Role are:

* Carry out PPMs on mechanical plant, equipment, and assets, particularly AC maintenance.

* Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

* Be on a call -out rota to provide the client with full out-of-hours coverage.

Technical Requirements:

* Qualified to City & Guilds Level II or equivalent in Mechanical/HVAC/AC discipline (essential)

* 3 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.

* Strong multiskilled Air Conditioning knowledge and experience.

* Basic Electrical knowledge and understanding - Desirable
