KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD
£15.00 PER HOUR
ROTATING 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM SHIFTS
TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION

Line leader required immediately for a manufacturing company in Mansfield. The role will involve overseeing production operatives on the production line.

Main duties include:
• Instructing production staff on tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Reporting health and safety and equipment issues to management
• Liasing with management in regards to production
• Picking orders
• Completing all relevant paperwork necessary
• Carrying out inductions for new members of staff
• Setting and operating production machines
• Being trained to use the forklifts when required

Essential Skills:
• Experience overseeing members of staff within a production environment
• The ability to resolve issues in a quick & efficient manner
• Previous experience maintaining health and safety standards
