Our client, a premium, luxury post-operative recovery service, is seeking a compassionate and capable Clinical Lead Nurse to join their leadership team. This is a supernumerary position, offering protected time for you to focus on audits, clinical governance, and team development—without being part of the routine care rota.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior nurse with hospital or post-surgical care experience, though applicants from other nursing backgrounds who bring strong clinical skills and CQC knowledge are very welcome to apply.
The Clinical Lead will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional clinical standards within this bespoke, private care setting, where the focus is on short-term recovery and personalised, five-star service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations, overseeing detailed care planning, and supporting the wider team through effective leadership and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Hospital or post-operative care experience is highly desirable
- Will also consider candidates from other nursing backgrounds with strong clinical leadership experience
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role within a regulated care setting
- Confident in CQC compliance, clinical governance, and quality assurance
- Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care
- Strong leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills

- Maintain up-to-date and compliant CQC documentation and prepare for inspections
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff
