As Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel overnight, delivering excellent guest service while completing essential financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming service to all guests during the night shift
• Carry out the nightly audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and balanced
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and any overnight issues promptly and professionally

• Engage with guests via the Alliants Experience Platform, responding to messages, requests, and service needs in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and the property overnight
• Maintain strong communication with the Front Office and wider hotel team

Salary: £27,315 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
