Registered Fostering Manager

Location: South West England

salary: £60,780 per annum + £1,500 per annum Out of Hours Rota Allowance + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance

NonStop Consulting is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation in the South West of England, in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, allowing you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:

The Registered Fostering Manager will report to the Operations Director. The service has 45 carers with 60 children in their care.

The team is very stable and it includes 6 Supervising Social Workers, 1 Deputy Manager, 2 family finders, and 3 admin staff.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Registered Manager, Service Manager or a Team Manager and if you have experience in fostering. You must have a Social Work qualification and a driving license also.
