This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced and growing organisation.

About the Role

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations while providing strategic support to senior management. You will deliver accurate reporting, ensure financial control, and act as a business partner to operations and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
Lead month-end and year-end processes, producing management accounts and board packs.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Support operational decision-making with financial insight and cost analysis.
Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.About You

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
Proven track record as a Commercial Finance Manager, or a strong Finance Business Partner ready to step up.
Experience in the manufacturing sector or similar product-based industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Commercially minded, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
