We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Independent garage who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Chelmsford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
 
Benefits:

Salary: up to £35,000 basic p.a.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.
1 in 3 Saturdays worked 8.00am-1.00pm.Requirements:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
UK Right to Work, Full UK Driving Licence.Duties:

Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and face to face.
Booking in vehicles into the workshop and workshop loading.
Costing up jobs and invoicing for work done.
Actively sourcing required parts online.
Advising the customer about the work being done utilising your knowledge of vehicles.For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000.
