Looking for a new opportunity in the new year? Adecco are proud to be partnered with a leading name in motor insurance in the UK, and are recruiting now for start dates in 2023 for Claims Administrators.

As a Claims Administrator, you will be reviewing outstanding cases and following up for payment with partner agencies, ensuring all documentation is completed and received for payment, updating the system, and tracking overdue invoices.

An eye for detail is key in the Claims Administrator, with a good level of IT skills and excellent communication skills to build relationships with other departments and agencies.

Location: Peterlee (Bracken Hill) *Note the location is accessible by public transport but not for all shift times*

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum OTE plus benefits

Monthly performance bonus (OTE £3,360 pa)
A tax-free £500 success bonus on passing probation
Hybrid working available once probation period is passed
