Role Overview

Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable construction company, for a Traffic Marshal / General Operative on a long-term project in Farnborough (GU14 0LS).

This is a mixed role, combining Traffic Marshal responsibilities with general site labouring. Candidates must have experience in both areas and be willing to carry out either role as required by site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Traffic marshalling and managing site access

General site clearance and housekeeping

Setting up temporary steps and fencing

Moving materials and assisting site teams

Supporting contractors and residents where required

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card

Traffic Marshal / Banksman Ticket

A few years' experience working on construction sites

Ability to provide work references

Reliable, proactive, and able to assist with general labouring duties

What We Offer

Long-term opportunity on a stable project

10 hours paid per day

Competitive £17/hour PAYE + holiday pay
