DT SOURCE are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager (Data Centre experience) for a General Contractor in Milton Keynes.

📅 Start: 1-4 weeks
🕐 Duration: 12 months (covering 2-3 phases)
🚗 Must drive
💰 CIS only - competitive day rate (£400-£450/day)

Role covers managing mechanical packages - HVAC, cooling systems, CRAC/CRAH units, pipework, ductwork, chillers, pumps, and associated building services.

Ideal profile:

Strong Data Centre / mission-critical project experience

Background with a GC / Tier 1 subcontractor

*

Good knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, BMS, fire suppression, commissioning

*

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, HNC/HND Mech Eng (desirable)
