? Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations

? Inspirational leadership style with excellent people management skills

? Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and occupancy targets

? A passion for building inclusive, supportive cultures where staff and residents thrive

? NMC registration is desirable but not essential

What's in It for You as a Nursing Home Manager?

? Salary up to £70,000 per year (DOE)

? Generous bonus scheme tied to performance
