Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of commercial sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels

* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector

* Manage, mentor, and motivate a growing sales team to achieve ambitious targets

* Analyse market trends to shape competitive solutions and pricing models

* Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

* Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights for senior leadership
