We are recruiting for a service in Silsden that supports adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. This role is ideal for Support Workers who value dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
• Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities
• Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect at all times
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and external professionals

Requirements:

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
• A caring, proactive, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
