Hours and pay

Week 1 Monday to Friday 06.00am - 14.30pm

Week 2 Monday to Friday 13.00pm - 21.30pm

1 Week in 4 on 24/7 callouts

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and carry out roadside repairs efficiently and safely.
- Report on the vehicle's condition both orally and in writing.
- Observe, recognise, and report on vehicle defects or symptoms of failure.
- Repair or replace parts in line with manufacturer instructions.
- Continually develop and maintain product knowledge to stay current with industry standards.

Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report vehicle conditions and defects accurately.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Time-served HGV Technician with a Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance/City & Guilds and experience working on HGVs.
- Innovation: Mechanical ability and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Business Impact: Ability to perform repairs and replacements in line with manufacturer instructions, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and effective completion of all assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.
