Are you a passionate and inspirational Music teacher looking to make a real impact in the new year? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music specialist to work between two Tower Hamlets Primary Schools in January 2026.

This unique role offers the opportunity to work across two welcoming primary schools, delivering high-quality Music teaching to pupils from Year 1 to Year 6 (PPA cover) You will be supported by an experienced Music lead. No specific instrument is required although they do use the ukelele. Currently no afterschool clubs are required and the hours are 8.30Am- 4/4.30Pm. As the successful Music Teacher you will also be given PPA time in school.

As the successful Music teacher you will spend one day at a 1 form entry Primary school and 4 days at a two-form entry Primary school. This is a great opportunity to encourage and motivate children though the medium of music.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong background in Music

An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks

A CV that covers your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
