Company: THIRD SPACE

Job Type: full time

Salary: £40000.00 - £45000.00 per annum

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

In December 2025, we welcomed members to our 14th club, The Whiteley. Housed within a beautifully restored Grade II-listed building, the space brings together three historic floors reimagined into a modern, uplifting health club experience. As we look ahead, our ambition is to nearly double our estate in the next 5 years, while continuing to elevate the member experience across our existing clubs.

Part of elevating the member experience will be implementing a new Contact Centre, Genesys. In order to set up, implement and embed this new platform system successfully, we have an opportunity for an experienced CCaaS Project Manager to join on a 12-month FTC.

This role will play a critical part in coordinating delivery activity, maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams, and ensuring the project remains on track through implementation, testing, and go‑live. Working closely with the Head of Membership, technical teams, operational stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers, this role will take ownership of day‑to‑day delivery coordination and act as a central point of contact for implementation activity. You will also serve as a reliable subject matter expert, identifying and recommending optimal operational ways of working and leading the configuration and build to support them.

Delivery & Coordination

  • Lead day‑to‑day coordination of the contact centre system implementation, tracking plans, milestones, risks and dependencies, and supporting the Project Manager with impact assessments and recommendations.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners, coordinating inputs, managing dependencies, and facilitating project meetings and delivery forums.

Testing, Readiness & Go‑Live

  • Coordinate integration, testing and UAT activities, track defects and readiness, and support training, communications, documentation and transition to business‑as‑usual.

Reporting & Governance

  • Produce clear project updates and dashboards, maintain accurate documentation, and promote consistent use of delivery standards and tools.

The ideal candidate for this role will be at the Senior Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager level, and has led on systems implementation projects previously. Having a working knowledge of contact centre operations and technologies is highly advantageous.

This is a true value-add opportunity, where you can really make an impact on our member experience and ways of working, drive efficiencies and process improvement.

To ensure a fair and timely process, we may close the advert early if we receive a high volume of strong applications.
