Role and Responsibilities:

* Utilize your expertise in construction to manage quantity surveying duties for steel frame building projects.

* Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Produce accurate estimates, perform take-offs, and create bills of costs.

* Read and interpret drawings effectively to support project planning and execution.

* Manage subcontractor packages efficiently, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

* Assist in mentoring and nurturing junior team members, contributing to their professional development.

* Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work on-site at various locations as required.

Requirements

* Essential: Strong knowledge and experience in construction, particularly in steel frame buildings.

* Desirable: Previous experience in estimating and performing take-offs.

* Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.

* Familiarity with subcontractor package management.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to travel and stay overnight as necessary
