A technology business that has continued to grow at pace since its inception in 1998 is looking for a Software Support Advisor in Mansfield. The business sells, trains and assists a portfolio of software products across multiple industries and with an ever-growing client base, they are seeking an additional Engineer to be part of the team who are at the forefront of their first-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate must have excellent IT skills with the ability to diagnose and problem solve over the phone. Their products are unique, and you will receive training to ensure you can do your job well.

As a Software Support Advisor, your daily duties responsibilities will include:

                     Resolving faults and problems that are reported by phone, email or ticket system.
                     Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently with empathy to ensure a positive experience for clients.
                     Diagnosing technical faults, providing solutions in accordance with company processors and procedures.
                     Validating client details, incidents and requirements and categorising/dealing with them appropriately.
                     Taking ownership of and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
                     Demonstrating a positive 'Customer First' behaviour to ensure a high level of service is provided at all times.

To be a successful Software Support Advisor, you will have the following skills and experiences:

                     Customer Service experience ideally gained in a Contact/Support centre environment.
                     The ability to diagnose technical faults and provide solutions.
                     All-round communication skills with strong attention to detail.
                     Experience in working to Service Level Agreements.
                     To be a proud team player with a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
                     The ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
                     Confidence at functioning effectively across multiple communication channels.
