What you will do

Your role will be to carry out the administration function for the Maintenance Department as directed by the Senior Maintenance Administrator. Ensure that all department and company procedures are adhered to at all times.

This is a fixed term position with target end date on #removed#.

The role is hybrid with our office in Westerham, Kent.

How you will do it

  • Office Management (Manage stationery and office supplies; manage incoming/outgoing; Post; Booking travel and accommodation)
  • Administration (Purchase order management; Processing Engineer quotations; Raising quotations for small works’ Raising/updating jobs in Sage, Liaising with suppliers for current prices; Updating the estimating sheet with current manufacturers price listing)
  • Health and Safety (Sub-contractor audits and annual assessments; PPE management)
  • You will use the following Systems & Software Packages: Sage CRM; WAP; Safety Cloud; Breathe HR/Workday; Microsoft packages

What we are looking for

Required:

  • Confident in IT with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • A self-starter, highly motivated and strong team-player who is flexible and also able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Organised with excellent time-keeping skills and good time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop excellent Client/supplier working relationships
  • Attention to details
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
