Telesales Manager - Emerald Solar

Emerald Solar is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our high‑performing outbound sales team. If you're driven, commercially minded, and passionate about renewable energy, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you'll do

* Lead, coach, and motivate a telesales team to exceed KPIs

* Develop sales scripts, strategies, and performance frameworks

* Drive lead conversion for solar and renewable energy solutions

* Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reporting

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training

What you'll bring

* Proven telesales call centre management experience (minimum 2 years)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

* Experience in solar/renewables (preferred but not essential)

* A positive, energetic, team‑focused approach
