A well-established, family-run law firm in Salisbury is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner to join its busy and supportive office. The Role
The successful candidate will:
Manage a broad caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Guardianship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.
Deliver compassionate, client-focused service with professionalism and care.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives.
Contribute to the continued growth of the private client department.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices.
For the right individual, this role also offers a pathway to Head of Department.
Candidate Requirements
We're looking for a Private Client professional who can bring:
A minimum of 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner.
Strong technical knowledge and proven billing history.
Excellent communication skills with a caring and attentive approach to clients.
A proactive and detail-oriented working style.
Good IT proficiency and adaptability.
