Our Chippenham based client is committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to their customers. They are seeking a dedicated E&S Compliance Manager to join the team and ensure our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Audits: Conduct and maintain internal audits, raise Corrective Action Requests (CARs) with associated corrective and preventative actions, and follow through for validation. Produce comprehensive monitoring reports.
  • Customer Complaints: Record customer complaints, raise associated corrective/preventative actions, and validate with monitoring reports to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and record supplier performance, ensuring they meet our quality standards and expectations.
  • Quarantine Management: Raise Quarantine/Rejection Reports as necessary, monitor and report on quarantine areas and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Quality Performance Monitoring: Track and record internal quality performance, focusing on continual improvement and problem identification/resolution.
  • Document Control: Ensure the monitoring and control of site quality documents, including maintaining temperature and humidity data where appropriate.
  • Audit Participation: Participate in and liaise with LR, customer, and other site audits and inspections to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Procedure Updates: Update site quality procedures, quality plans, and working instructions. Maintain agreed scheduled actions arising from internal and external reviews/assessments.
  • Quality Issue Resolution: Assist with the identification and resolution of general quality issues in collaboration with the site management team.
  • Legislative Compliance: Ensure processes for compliance with legislation are up to date and followed by the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
