My client is a highly regarded local law firm based in the North East who are going through a successful period of growth and are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.They are a multi service law firm with a strong emphasis on property law and have a couple of offices across the region.They are looking for a Conveyancer with at least 2 year’s case handling/fee earning experience who is able to handle a mixed caseload of residential property files. You will be joining a close knit team that look after each other with a supportive and positive culture.Salary will be competitive £30k-£40k dependent on experience and there will be the option to work at either of their offices with some homeworking allowance to be considered if required.
