Registered Home Manager - Elderly Nursing

Salary - up to £80,000 per annum plus bonus & benefits

Compass Associates are thrilled to be partnering with a highly respected client in the search for a Registered Manager to take the helm of their large sized nursing home within the Dover area. This home is a cornerstone of the local community, known for its warm, inclusive atmosphere and exceptional care standards. What We're Looking For:

* Proven track record of success in managing elderly nursing homes

* A relevant management qualification (NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)

* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and driving innovation

* Strong, confident leadership with excellent communication and organisational skills

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a creative approach to enhancing residents' emotional well-being
