Our client, a thriving production business based in Ashford, is looking for an experienced Night Shift Production Manager to lead operations during their evening and overnight schedule.

If you're confident managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced production environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead.

Shift schedule:

* Winter: 4:45pm - 3:45am

* Summer: 1:00pm - 12:00am

* 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week

What you'll be doing:

* Oversee all night shift production operations

* Supervise, train and support production staff

* Maintain quality and efficiency across production lines

* Ensure health & safety regulations are followed

* Monitor output and keep accurate records

* Identify improvements and implement solutions

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in production management

* Strong leadership and team development skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
