RG Consultancy are currently supporting one of our excellent clients with a newly created position, that will play a pivotal role within the business. Due to a fantastic period of growth, the team are looking for some extra support with their day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling contracts, order processing, and client set-up.
- Pre-Sales Support
- Managing and qualifying leads, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the CRM.
- Supporting the sales team with materials, meeting organisation, and general co-ordination.
- Acting as a link between sales, operations, and fulfilment to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
- Supporting finance and client service teams with invoicing and initial account queries.
- Helping to manage territories and account information.
- Organising travel, events, and conferences for the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within sales or marketing.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional in communication with both colleagues and clients.
- Calm and proactive in resolving issues.
