New role just in! We are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join this global company based in Milton Keynes, initially on a 9 month contract.

Duties and Responsibilities will include of an Administrator/ Receptionist will include:

* Support the HR Shared Services team, and providing policy guidance to Managers and staff

* To manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

* Identifies gaps in policies and procedures and implement the necessary changes

* Design succession plans

* Managing HR Projects

Essential requirements of an Administrator/ Receptionist:

* 5 years previous experience at Business Partner level

* Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law

* Experience of using HR databases in particular “Workday”

* CIPD qualified to level 5 minimum

* Ability to travel round the UK
