I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer to join their team on a rolling contract basis working 40 hours per week

Job Description

The Thermal CFD team provides specialized skills in fluid dynamics through computer modelling techniques.
This covers full vehicle thermal analysis to ensure the components and systems are robust to their thermal environment.
Supporting the Lead Engineers to managing their projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.Essential Skills Required:

An excellent understanding of thermal CFD analysis and thermal processes ideally using StarCCM+.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
The ability to lead technical issue resolution with the support of the test team, CAE teams, Technical Specialists and any external parties.
Desirable Skills Required:Climatic Wind Tunnels and Hot Environment Testing
Whole vehicle thermal validation.Education:

Degree level in a technical subject
