About the RoleAre you an experienced porter looking for a stable and rewarding role in a well-maintained residential development? We're seeking a Weekend Day Porter to join a traditional building in the Earl's Court / Kensington Olympia area.

The property has recently undergone improvements and is kept to a high standard. This role suits someone confident working independently, who takes pride in delivering excellent service to a close-knit community of residents.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence for residents and guests
• Monitor building access and ensure the security of the site
• Assist with deliveries, parcels, and general resident enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of communal areas (incl bin duties)
• Liaise with contractors, cleaners, and service providers as needed
• Respond calmly and efficiently to any on-site issues or emergencies

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as a residential porter or in a similar role
• Reliable, punctual, and self-sufficient
• Confident working independently and managing daily responsibilities
