Optical Practice Manager - Role

Head up a successful, well-established store in a flagship location
Utilise the autonomy they offer to implement your own ideas and initiatives to drive business
Develop the team through training and recruitment to offer high quality customer service that reflects the brand values
Work closely with the wider team to continue developing the business performance

Must be able to demonstrate a successful background in management positions within the eyewear and optical industries

Base salary up to £36,000
Lucrative bonus scheme - £10 000+
