Job Title: Multitrader (Temp to Perm)
Location: Various residential & commercial sites (van provided)
Rate: From £150.00 per day (Day Rate - Temp), rising to £35,000/year (Perm)
Start: Immediate
Hours: 8am-4pm (tbc)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
CJS are seeking experienced and reliable Multitraders to join our clients growing team, initially on a temp-to-perm basis, working across residential and commercial properties. You'll play a key role in aftercare and maintenance on completed developments, carrying out a range of tasks with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out multiskilled repairs and maintenance (basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, carpet fitting, roofing, subsidance knowledge etc.)
* Respond to aftercare/snagging issues in residential and commercial properties
* Work independently or as part of a small team across multiple sites
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
* Maintain good communication with residents, clients, and internal teams
* Complete job reports and use mobile devices to record work (if required)
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Multitrade or maintenance role
* Skilled in at least two of the listed trades
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
* Reliable, punctual, and customer focused
