Academics Canterbury is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Thanet, who are seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Geography specialist to teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Whether you're an experienced teacher or a confident ECT, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

• Full-time Geography teaching position
• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons to KS3, KS4 & KS5 students
• Plan, assess and track student progress
• Inspire a love of geography through dynamic and creative teaching
• Work collaboratively with department colleagues and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Geography or a related subject
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young people
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A commitment to high standards of learning, achievement and behaviour
