An exciting opportunity to work as a deputy Clinical performance manager, which will involve 50% clinical work and 50% management. The role will be primarily based in Nottingham, with some home working. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wishing to progress in there OH career. You will line manage a small team and the daily running of an onsite contract.

The Deputy Clinical Performance Manager (DepCPM) is responsible for supporting the CPM in managing all aspects of clinical performance within their region and ensuring that consistently high standards of service are being delivered to all clients, through effective monitoring, clinical supervision and line management of their direct reports.

The focus of the DepCPM will be on continuous quality improvement by working with the CPM to ensure that standards are monitored and maintained, team members are appropriately trained, supported and developed, and that proactive corrective action is taken to address any improvement areas.

The right person for this role will have broad Occupational Health experience at Senior OHA level and be looking for their next step. They will have experience of undertaking immunisation/vaccination, phlebotomy and complex case management. They will also have some people management experience such as managing performance reviews or sickness absence in a small team. They will have a passion for delivering an excellent service, be customer focused, willing to learn and capable of building relationships both internally and externally.
