We are proud to be partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to support the recruitment of a Quality Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at their Milton Keynes site. Working closely with the site leadership team to maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality assurance, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding internal teams through audits, overseeing microbiological investigations, and ensuring that product and process quality meet both legislative and customer expectations.

In addition to managing quality systems and policy compliance, this position plays a vital leadership role in developing staff capability, supporting new product launches, and driving a proactive culture of improvement. It's an opportunity to make a real impact, collaborating cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to deliver exceptional quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in FMCG, ideally within food or drink production, and have strong working knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and GMP standards. Leadership experience, a passion for training and development, and an understanding of microbiology within a manufacturing environment will also be highly valued.
