Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated, self-starting Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow our existing business in the Florida area. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company’s sales plan in Central Florida and surrounding areas. Primary directives for this position are as follows:

  • Manage our long-term existing customer relationships with 100% retention.
  • Grow share-of-wallet with existing customer base through new products and services.
  • Develop new business throughout the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to close.
  • Follow our lead and become an expert in our business.

  • Work experience: Minimum of 3 years’ industrial sales and/or distribution sales experience, preferably with UN performance-oriented packaging.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, will consider others with proven successful track record in industrial or distribution-type sales.
  • Must be able to communicate exceptionally well over the phone, in person and in writing.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot-table experience a plus) and PowerPoint.
  • Must be comfortable selling to a wide variety of end-users, including distributors.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Be a flexible problem-solver and multi-tasker.
  • Possess the ability to look at things from different angles and bring forth solutions.
  • Be willing to take direction and be a team player.
  • Must be comfortable in office, factory and warehouse environments.
  • Have a basic understanding of logistics.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Orlando, FL area.
  • Be willing to travel overnight on company business when required.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
