Car Sales Executive

Location: Guildford
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, rota basis

The Role

We are recruiting a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Guildford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Sell new and/or used vehicles in line with monthly targets

*

Handle customer enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover

*

Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations

*

Upsell finance, insurance and value-added products

*

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

*

Update and manage the CRM system accurately

*

Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

*

Previous experience in car sales preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)

*

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

*

Target-driven and self-motivated

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused
