Job Title: Associate Director (Sales)
Location: Battersea
Opportunity to work for an extremely successful independent estate agents that are market leaders within the area. They are searching for someone with experience running a Sales team (within Estate Agency) and ideally a track record of upskilling colleagues underneath them.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales negotiators within the office
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors - WIN BUSINESS
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organisation
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience within the industry, with exposure to both the prime and core markets
- Successful track record within a given time period
- Independent, self-driven, and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Outstanding customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong professional relationships with both vendors and buyers
