Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Partner with internal teams to provide insight and guidance on budgets and performance.
• Support the annual audit and statutory accounts preparation.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial systems development.
• Help ensure compliance with charity sector financial regulations and reporting standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Experience in management accounting
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
