Join a global FM leader as a Small Works Manager specialising in fire alarm systems. Based locally in Liverpool, Wirral, and Runcorn, you'll handle projects from survey and estimating through to handover.

You'll run multiple projects, manage costs, ensure compliance, and keep clients informed — all while using tools like SharePoint and Salesforce.

What You'll Do:

* Manage fire & security projects end-to-end

* Lead surveys and estimates

* Coordinate teams, clients & contractors

* Ensure compliance with BS 5839

* Track progress with SharePoint & Salesforce

What You'll Bring:

* PM experience in fire & security systems

* Strong survey & estimating skills

* Clear, confident communicator

* Solid grasp of industry standards

* Proficiency with digital project tools

* Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) are desirable but not essential.
