The Role

The HV Contracts Manager will lead and grow the HV business in Aberdeen, managing project delivery, client relationships, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of work while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

* Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

* Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls.

* Identify and develop HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders.

* Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

* Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial acumen.

* Minimum 5 years' experience managing an engineering business.

* Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering desirable.

* IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification.

Salary- £56K+
