Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfilment Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare ancillary orders for customer delivery
• Ensure accurate labelling to minimise dispatch errors
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the main warehouse to source materials
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and follow safe working practices, including wearing PPE
• Respond to queries or escalate them in a timely manner
• Focus on meeting customer expectations for on-time deliveries

General Duties

• Support departmental KPIs and contribute to team goals
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management

Skills & Experience Required

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and stock management
• Experience using ERP systems is desirable
