Job Summary
Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Lather Operator for an industry leading client in precision engineering.

Duties:

* Set up, program, and operate a XYZ Proturn SLX 425 CNC lathe machine to produce precision parts.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings

* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts

* Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as necessary

Skills

* Proficient with using Prototrack Controls.

* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

* Competent in CAD software such as SolidWorks for designing and modifying parts.

* Knowledge of materials handling procedures within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

* Basic maths skills for interpreting technical drawings and calculating measurements.

* Experience with warehouse operations or similar environments is advantageous.

Mon - Thurs (7:00am - 16:30pm)

Fri (7:00am - 11:00am)

OT Rates Available after working 40 hours
