Centre Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations, including facility management
Ensure a seamless and exceptional service for all members
Manage and motivate the team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment
Build strong relationships with the members, understanding their needs and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience, whilst fostering a strong sense of community
Managing the budget, controlling costs, and maximising profitability
Ensure all H&S regulations are adhered to, providing a safe and secure environment
Address all enquiries and resolve any issues promptly as well as professionally

Desired qualifications & skills:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A proactive and solution-oriented approach
