We're partnering with a leading London-based university to recruit an Administrator to support their Fees Team. The successful candidate will join at a pivotal time, providing guidance to students on fee-related matters and handling the input of student data.
Job Title: Administrator
Hourly rate: £20 - £20.90
Length of contract: 4 – 6 months
Location: London (hybrid working, 2 days on site per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage incoming student queries, particularly regarding tuition instalment plans
- Record and track query details using Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate data management.
- Input financial information into the Finance system
- Communicate outcomes and updates back to students and relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. team leads or finance managers).
Requirements:
- Experience working within Higher Education, within a role related to Admissions, Student Fees, or Student Support.
- Familiarity with student records systems such as SITS.
- Proficiency in using Oracle Finance or similar financial systems.
- Strong attention to detail and experience handling sensitive student data.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with students and internal departments
