Senior Electronics Engineer

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Senior Electronics Engineer on behalf of our client in Sheffield.

Main Duties:

Well versed in a breadth of core electronics disciplines including analogue and digital PCB design.

* Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept generation through to product release including demonstrable experience of delivering your designs into service.

* Possession of a good understanding of the regulatory landscape of the UK, EU and US and a proven track record of designing for compliance with appropriate standards.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable explaining complex engineering concepts to both a technical and non-technical audience.

* Someone not afraid to be 'Hands-on' and work with the team to work through challenges from first principles on the bench.

* Review, update, and potentially redesign current electrical items to meet quality and safety standards.

* Support the testing and development of products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet the latest standards and regulations.

* Generate crucial documentation, such as Wiring Diagrams and build instructions, to guide manufacturing and assembly processes.

* Specify, design, test, and integrate electronic equipment as per project requirements and company standards.

* Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment, ensuring all products are safe and effective.

Requirements:

* Experience in a Senior Electronics Engineering role
