Job Summary:

The CAB Info Desk Attendant has general office responsibilities. Some required functions include: answering telephones, issuing equipment, checking patron ID, operating a cash register and credit card machine, filling out appropriate forms, and reporting any issues within the CAB. Info Desk Attendants open and close the Campus Activities Building.



Attendants need to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, decision making skills, and must be able to work with a diverse clientele. Punctuality, team work, and attention to detail are important in this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.

Work Days:

Hours include morning, day, evening, and weekend hours.





Salary Range/Pay Rate:

$12/hr
