Multi-Site / Area Manager - Healthy Juice Bar & Eatery
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year
Hours: 48 hours per week (including weekends)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Multi-Site / Area Manager to join a fast-growing independent juice bar and healthy eatery brand. With two vibrant locations in London, we're on a mission to make nutritious, freshly prepared food and drink accessible, enjoyable, and impactful to everyday well-being.

About the Role:

As Multi-Site / Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of both sites, managing front-of-house teams, and ensuring our product quality and customer experience remains consistently high. You'll lead, inspire, and grow the team, while keeping operations smooth, efficient, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, recruit, train, and support Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members

*

Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to ensure service and product standards are upheld

*

Monitor and improve KPIs including sales, labour, wastage, and customer satisfaction

*

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends and opportunities

*

Oversee health & safety, food hygiene, cash handling, and equipment maintenance

*

Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and waste management are up to standard

*

Manage supplier relationships and stock levels across both locations

*

Liaise with central production teams to address product quality concerns

*

Oversee B2B communications, event/catering orders, and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo)

Requirements:

*

2+ years' experience managing multi-site food & beverage operations

*

Proven experience recruiting, training, and developing front-of-house teams

*

Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service

*

Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude

*

Highly organised and calm under pressure

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Strong attention to detail and financial literacy

*

Self-motivated and confident working autonomously
