We are delighted to be working with this London based professional services company. They are recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily IT service operations, ensuring services meet performance standards and SLAs
• Lead and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to specification
• Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and service performance
• Mentor and support IT team development, setting clear goals and expectations
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Promote continuous improvement through service reviews and feedback
• Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards
• Identify and implement service enhancements, tools, and technologies

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in an IT service delivery position
• Strong technical background: Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server
• Effective leadership with performance and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy frameworks
• Desirable: Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
• Experience in legal/professional services or with systems like iManage is a plus
