Overview

My client is seeking a skilled CAD / Revit Technician to support the production of detailed construction and remediation drawings across a portfolio of residential and façade remediation projects.

You will play a key role in translating design intent into coordinated, buildable technical information.

Key Responsibilities of this CAD/REVIT role:

Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Develop detailed façade remediation solutions, including cavity barriers, fire stopping, and cladding interfaces
Coordinate drawing outputs with design, fire, and structural teams
Prepare drawing packages for planning, Building Regulations approval, and construction
Assist with as-built information and survey data integration
Ensure all drawings comply with current Building Regulations and project specificationsRequirements of this CAD/REVIT role:

Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience advantageous)
Experience producing detailed construction drawings
Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Experience in residential or façade-related projects desirable
