Are you a patient, resilient, and compassionate individual with experience supporting children with special educational needs? We’re looking for a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our small, nurturing specialist school near Dover.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child who needs consistent, tailored support to thrive in their learning environment. You’ll be working closely with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them access the curriculum, develop social and emotional skills, and build confidence.
